This system is well built and packaged well. Not looking forward to any power outages, however we’re better prepared now than we were before.

It's been a nightmare. Anchor will not deliver my power station because they are playing games with FedEx. FedEx did not even let me see my power station; they sent it back, and now Anchor keeps asking different questions. I would love to get what I paid for. And now the anchor thirty eight plus is even cheaper.I paid the same price for whatever buddy else is getting an extra battery.
I have no complaints at all good product quality
