This rating is not reflective of Anker ( who shipped the item prompty) but instead, total frustration with FedEx. The item apparently was lost somewhere within FedEx's eco system which resulted in an unusually extended delay in the delivery of the Expansion Battery. FedEx's tracking system particularly was no help. Please note that FedEx explaination for the delay was that my package experienced a damaged label. Go figure???? Maybe I shouldn't complain, but at one point, I believed the item was completely lost with no expectation of delivery. Anker as stated in the beginning, packed the item very well ( protected from damage) and shipped the item prompt.
