Arrived fast, very well built, great product
Love the functionality of the C100 and the expansion battery. Easy setup, quiet charging when not set to fast charge. Would recommend this all day, every day. The SP200 panel charges fine, and has a convenient stand, but I can't recommend buying it. The SP200 uses metal snaps to hold it folded up, and to adjust the stand angle. The metal snaps are the worst choice imaginable. They are super hard to align and snap. Then once snapped, they are a beast to unsnap. So hard to undo that you end up warping/flexing the panel to try to get them off. I hate metal snaps on my boat covers and I hate them on this solar panel. I bought them as part of the package or else I would return them and buy an alternative. I knocked off a star for this major usability issue. The rest of the system is rock solid.
Anker makes excellent, high quality products that are robust in their build quality. I use this setup for off-grid camping and I recommend Anker for this type of use above any other brand.
I haven't received the Expansion battery yet but this is my third C-1000. I bought this third one because I knew I needed more power for my road trip in July for my portable Air conditioner.
I have had nothing but great luck using the C-1000's. They are light enough for me to carry if I am not with my husband. I will be more than ready for the heat in Utah in July!
They charge up fast and efficient!
Ordered the batteries after an extended power outage. Well constructed, quick charging and has user friendly phone app. Fortunately, haven't had an opportunity to utilize, but friends have run tests that suggest it will be a good stopgap to keep food refrigerated and maintain some creature comforts during an outage.
