They shipped the wrong parts in my order, so I haven't been able to use any of it. Customer service is terrible, they send at max one email a day, and always seem to conveniently misunderstand every email I send. They've been dragging their feet through the entire process, refuse to give me a date as to when I can expect them to SHIP the correct order (let alone when I can receive it) and at the current moment are ignoring my emails. I have had to escalate the situation to customer service management, which is also ignoring me. If you want solar power, go with a different company who can actually deliver.

I would have rated it five stars but out of the box my generator will not charge above 94% and my expansion battery will not charge above 88%.
